The 2017 Texas Auto Show Hits On All Cylinders

Posted in: Texas Auto Show.

Big Tex said his final “Howdy Folks” of the year and with that, the 2017 Texas Auto Show ended another successful run at the State Fair of Texas. Thousands of fair-goers filled the Automobile Building and Centennial Building while outdoors the Truck Zone was once again a huge hit with attendees of all ages. The 2017 Texas Auto Show was host to some amazing world reveals of new vehicle models as well as award-winning cars, trucks, and SUVs that wowed attendees through elaborate exhibits and showcase designs. From trucks amazingly positioned several stories high on towering displays to concept vehicles that showed how cars will move us in the future, there was plenty to see and learn about at this year’s show.  Best of all, we saw plenty of smiles on fair-goers and they discovered their favorite vehicles and snapped photos of some very interesting special edition models that were seen for the first time in Texas.

Believe it or not, the State Fair of Texas is already hard at work planning our 2018 Texas Auto Show but that doesn’t mean we’re saying goodbye to our 2017 show quite yet.  Throughout the year we’ll be posting photos, blogs and videos about some of the amazing vehicles we experienced along with you at this year’s show. So make sure to follow the Texas Auto Show on Twitter and Instagram to receive the latest news and photos about this year and next year’s show.  If you haven’t already, sign up to become a Big Tex Insider and stay connected to the State Fair of Texas year round.

Thank for attending the 2017 Texas Auto Show and we look forward to seeing you again in 2018.  Until then, enjoy a small selection of photos from this year’s show:
